Our stay was made extra special thanks to the perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant nightlife and trendy restaurants to ring in the New Year. The beach at the bottom of the road is stunning and safe with the presence of a life guard station. We also loved taking the little ones to a Disney event at the Convention Centre. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the great air-con & parking, made for a relaxing stay.

The cleanliness of some of the appliances was below average.

The apartment was very spacious and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus

Room was large, it was enough for me. Hotel’s position easy walk to all places I wanted to see, like Mount Lebanon Deli. Mermaid Beach neighborhood was worth exploring.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean and tidy with ample space for us. We had a nice alfresco area and were able to enjoy our own breakfast. The hotel facilities were great, with a jacuzzi and swimming pool available to use for free. The location was perfect, located at the bottom of the road was a life guard station where we spent most of our days. We didn't have a car, but it wasn't an issue because the bus stop was right in front of the hotel and we were able to take it to a Disney event at the Convention Centre.

Superb service, staff onsite was awesome. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, close by to the beachside up the road and to shops. Poolside and spa access,and also a free carpark which we used ;) would recommend to others!

Comfort of the couches in living area, uncomfortable maybe new furniture required - aswell as more tea/coffee options for kitchen but other than that our weekend stay over was great!

If anything it was no elevator to the 3rd floor,with shopping ECT it was a bit of exercise lol

It was so convenient to have a patrolled lifeguard tower at the end of the street, ensuring our safety during our beach outings. Additionally, this hotel is surrounded by wonderful cafes, providing us with delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The service here was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the spacious sitting area and the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also provided us with free toiletries and a washing machine, making our stay even more convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, allowing us to prepare our own meals if desired. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the carpeted floor added a touch of luxury. The hotel also had a picnic area and tables where we could enjoy meals outdoors. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, and the saltwater pool provided a unique and refreshing swimming experience. The BBQ facilities and garden area added to the hotel's charm, while the spa center offered a chance to pamper ourselves. the comfortable rooms, excellent service, and quality amenities made our stay here absolutely delightful.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to all! It is a luxurious and comfortable place to stay, offering enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had an excellent stay at Splendido Resort. The apartment was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was great, and I always found a sunbed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach and close to restaurants and shops. Despite being close to the road, the double glazed windows muffled out any traffic noise. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful stay on the Gold Coast.

Few minor details relating to furniture. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Needs more bed cover under sheet. Dining chair leg broken. Could be cleaner. Loungers had crumbs under the cushions.

The apartment was spacious enough and plenty of kitchen equipment was provided. The pool area was well maintained and enjoyable. The location was good, just a short distance from local attractions.

The cleanliness was not up to standard and needed a thorough clean. The bathroom towels were thin and very small.

Great Value and Awesome Location! Room was spacious, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff was welcoming and helpful whenever needed. Another bonus was the generous voucher we received which we can use on our next stay. We enjoyed having everything we needed in the apartment and the convenience of having key attractions nearby.

The long wait for check-in really dampened our mood. We were told we could check-in early but had to wait for hours outside in the rain, with our bags.
